Do we receive a certificate?

Yes. Once you complete your online course you will receive a beautiful customized certificate of completion

 

How long will I have access to my online course?

You will receive 1 year unlimited access to online courses from the date of purchase.  Our webinar replays have 30 days replay access.

 

Do I need machine experience?

Our courses are designed to level up your current skills. If you have zero previous experience in permanent makeup please contact us at info@shaydanielle.com or consider starting with a hands on, in-person class.

 

Can I take a machine course if I only know how to microblade?

We have a wonderful microblade to machine conversion course here. And a needle course here. We recommend you start with these 2 courses prior to jumping into some of our machine courses.

 

Do you offer on going support?

Yes. Once you have completed your course you will receive access to our exclusive graduates support page on facebook. Shay is always available for her students/graduates.

 

How do I receive access to the course after I purchase it?

Once you complete your purchase you will receive 2 emails. The first email is your receipt and will be sent immediately. The second email will arrive within 15 minutes and contains your log in directions to access your student dashboard. Please be sure to check junkmail.

 

Do the online courses come with a kit?

The online course does not include a tool kit, however, we have links inside the course as well as exclusive discount codes for Shay's favorite products.
